Great Hoody for a Nice Price

The product is of very high quality and extremely comfortable. However the personalization of the right arm was printed incorrectly. After a phone call to Angelika at the Union Reception, and quick help from David Osborn, a replacement has already shipped and will arrive in time for our reunion. Thanks for great customer service and keep up the good work.
